The main objective of the 11th EurOMA Summer School is to provide doctoral students and young scholars with a comprehensive and immersive educational experience that equips them with the knowledge and skills to address diverse research needs in OSCM, while also providing some research directions which take into consideration the recent call for achieving both resilience and digital transitions.

The sessions will provide an overview of the knowledge and research in OSCM and will draw on the expertise of speakers from around the world. Each one-day module will be devoted to a specific topic, always keeping into account the connection with the overall Summer School theme, and will feature lectures, case studies, teamwork and discussions.

Several social events will be organized throughout the summer school.
